Aims of the Subject
- To develop motor skills, acquire knowledge of health and the body, and cultivate positive values and attitudes for an active and healthy lifestyle.
- To build good health, improve physical fitness and develop bodily coordination through participating regularly in physical activity.
- To promote moral behavior, cooperation, independent decision-making, and an appreciation for aesthetic movement.
- To help pupils understand the importance of cooperation and to foster in them a sense of responsibility and community belonging.
- To stimulate pupils’ interest and positive attitudes towards physical activity, encouraging regular and active participation in sports, exercise and recreation.
