  • 通過各種活動激發學生學習英語的興趣。
  • 通過理解和構建不同文本類型的含義來培養思維能力。
  • 通過培養終身語言學習技能和策略（例如詞彙構建技能、拼音技能和信息技能）來促進學習者的獨立性。
  • 培養學習者的通用技能、價值觀和態度，並通過德育和公民教育、專題研習、閱讀來學習，讓他們獲得豐富的學習經驗。
  • 通過開發範圍廣泛的開放式學習任務和活動以及採用適合能力較弱和能力較強的學習者的特定需求以及具有不同學習風格的學習者的需求的教學策略來滿足學習者的多樣性。
