  • 通過理解和構建不同文本類型的含義來培養思維能力。
  • 通過培養終身語言學習技能和策略（例如詞彙構建技能、拼音技能和信息技能）來促進學習者的獨立性。
  • 培養學習者的通用技能、價值觀和態度，並通過德育和公民教育、專題研習、閱讀來學習，讓他們獲得豐富的學習經驗。
